In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on dewa98, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. dewa98 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 and enforces age verification at KYC stage.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are legally permitted to access online gaming services in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting.
3. You are accessing the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any court order restricting access to gambling services.
5. You are not an employee, director, agent, or contractor of dewa98 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by dewa98 for breach of these Terms.

Account creation on dewa98 is subject to the following rules:

• One Account Per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Duplicate accounts—whether created intentionally or inadvertently—will be merged or closed at our sole discretion. Any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Any change to your personal details must be updated in your Account settings promptly.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• No Account Sharing: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or Account balance to another person.

dewa98 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any Account that violates these registration terms, provides false information, or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

Identity verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. dewa98 is required by international licensing standards and anti-money-laundering regulations to verify the identity and address of all Players.

Accepted Documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian national identity card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or Indonesian driver's license. The document must be valid (not expired) and clearly show your full name, photograph, date of birth, and document issue/expiry dates.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity, water, gas), bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the last three months showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face. This prevents identity theft and ensures the person registering is the document holder.

All documents must be uploaded via the KYC section in your Account dashboard. Documents are reviewed by our compliance team within 24 hours on business days. If additional verification is required, we will contact you via your registered email address.

dewa98 supports deposits via the following payment methods:

Deposit Terms:

• All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made by family members, friends, or business associates) are not permitted and will be refunded minus processing fees.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted for VIP-tier players. Check the Cashier section of your Account for current limits.
• dewa98 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their side—these are beyond our control.
• Deposits made in currencies other than Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 500,000,000 per transaction (higher limits available for VIP players).
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. For example, if you deposited via BCA, your withdrawal must be sent to your verified BCA account.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes via our automated payout engine. Manual review may be required for large amounts (above Rp 50,000,000) or first-time withdrawals, which can take up to 24 hours.
• Wagering Requirement on Deposits: To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal. This applies even if you have not claimed any bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit must be used to place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus-derived winnings cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is completed. See Clause 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) for details.

dewa98 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (also known as rollover or playthrough) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. The wagering requirement is stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time you claim the bonus. Standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
2. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%. Check the specific promotion terms for exact contribution percentages.
3. Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 50,000 unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Exceeding the maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture.
4. Expiry: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms (typically 7-30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your Account.
5. One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated, only one active bonus is permitted per Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
6. Abuse & Fraud: dewa98 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts if bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or exploiting software errors to gain unfair advantage.

Full terms for each active promotion are available on the Promotions page of the Platform. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Sports Betting:

• All bets are accepted only if placed before the event or market starts, unless the bet type is explicitly labeled as "Live" or "In-Play".
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results as declared by the governing sporting body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). dewa98 does not recognize protests, appeals, or later overturned results for settlement purposes.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets: All selections in a mix parlay bet must win for the bet to be a winner. If any selection is void, the odds for that selection are set to 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.

Casino Games:

• All casino games (slots, live dealer, table games) are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are set by the game provider and are displayed within each game's information panel.
• dewa98 does not control game outcomes. All results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing labs.
• If a technical error occurs during a game round (software malfunction, disconnection, server error), the round will be voided and stakes refunded if the round cannot be completed.

Lottery & Togel:

• Lottery and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted at scheduled times published on the Platform.
• Bets must be placed before the published draw cutoff time. Late bets will be automatically rejected.
• Winning numbers are drawn using certified RNG systems or based on official lottery results (depending on the game type).
• Prizes are credited to your Account automatically within 5 minutes of draw completion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dewa98. Violation of these rules may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent ban:

1. Fraud & Identity Theft: Using false identity documents, stolen credit cards, or another person's payment method.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets across multiple accounts in sports betting, or any form of team play designed to exploit bonuses.
3. Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting differences in odds between dewa98 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
4. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
5. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or exploiting promotional terms in ways not intended by the promotion design.
6. Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit software vulnerabilities on the Platform.
7. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds from illegal sources. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities.
8. Offensive Behavior: Harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at other players or dewa98 staff via chat, email, or any communication channel.

dewa98 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works closely with game providers and payment processors to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Players found engaging in any of the above activities forfeit all rights to their Account balance, including deposits.

dewa98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 7 days once set.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once reached, you will be prevented from placing further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Check: Receive pop-up reminders at intervals you choose (e.g., every 30, 60, or 120 minutes) showing your session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your Account is locked and you cannot deposit, bet, or log in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from dewa98.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code that is part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

1. dewa98 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. dewa98 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
3. dewa98 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) use or inability to use the Platform; (b) technical failures including server downtime, network outages, or software errors; (c) unauthorized access to your Account due to failure to safeguard your login credentials; (d) third-party actions including payment processor delays or failures.
4. In no event shall dewa98's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
5. dewa98 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events.

These limitations apply whether the liability arises from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Key privacy commitments:

• We collect only the personal information necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with KYC/AML regulations, and provide customer support.
